NextAn 1868 Gothic revival home once owned by Bill Murray in the celebrity enclave of Snedens Landing, in Rockland County, NY, has sold for $1.65 million.

The home, at 124 Washington Spring Road, is known as The Manse. It was in contract to a neighbor its second day on the market, sources say, and was last asking $1.69 million, according to reports.
Neighborhood stars over the years — who have loved the area’s secluded Hudson River views and proximity to Manhattan — have also included Laurence Olivier, Angelina Jolie, Toni Morrison and Harvey Keitel.
The renovated home features front and rear porches for entertaining, high ceilings, wide-plank pine floors, original crown moldings and three fireplaces.
The landscaping includes an old sycamore tree.
